We have (pics to be added later) a piece of soffit that has become partially detached that needs to be reinstalled. It isunder a second story eave. It is perhaps 18 by 20 inches and is still partially attached; we just want to reattach it so that birds / vermin don't take up residence.
No new soffit or siding is needed for the repair; just some outdoor metal screws to reaffix the piece.
The trim is outside of a second story bedroom and will need to be accessed by ladder. No trees or power lines are nearby to impede the ladder.
The job shouldn'ttake more than a couple hours.
